I went for an MRI today. It took about 15 minutes and cost me 256€, which is not a bad price (about US$300). I got an email in German with the results, and also a link to download the images. I won’t bore you with any of the analysis, given that I can’t be totally sure of what everything means, even with the help of Google Translate. At least, nothing seems terribly serious as far as I can tell. I will be going back next Monday for a discussion of the results with a doctor at LKH (the place where I went for the breathing problem).
