Schöckl

Thanks to Andrew, who took me along with his wife and grandchildren to go to Schöckl. We took the trail to the top and back down again. There is a cable car, but if we took it down, it would leave us off far from where we parked the car. That was OK, because there was no way I would go on a cable car down a mountain. I figure it would either stop, trapping us in mid-air for hours, or the cable would break, which would be very bad.

There are trail markers. Most have the Austrian flag; this one was Romanian.
