I was supposed to have an MRI today. I got there about a half hour early, and the woman at the desk asked me for my Überweisung (literally transfer), the paper that had my appointment on it. I could not find it, and showed them all the papers I had, and they said sorry, no MRI today. They scheduled me for 9 a.m. on the 16th.

I went to the Hausärztin (family doctor), who happened to be open late today until 6 p.m., and the clerk there gave me an Überweisung. Now I have to cancel the appointment for evaluating the MRI, which would have been on Friday, and make a new appointment. I sent an email, but I suspect I will have to go there in person tomorrow to handle it.
