Some scenes from the farmer’s market about a block and a half from where I live. They have one every Wednesday and Saturday morning; the ones on Saturday have more vendors.

Going to the Movies

I went to the movies for the first time in Austria (and the first time in a long time anywhere) to see the latest Mission: Impossible movie. It was...OK. The action sequences were great, but the script was wildly uneven. Some of the action sequences were very much like the Fallout movie. There was one part where the background music was an instrumental of Cheek to Cheek by Irving Berlin. You wouldn’t expect that in a Mission: Impossible movie, but given the context where it appeared, it was the totally perfect choice.
