Hauptplatz

A lot of the buildings in the main plaza have carvings and statuary above the doors.

Krampuslauf

After a five-year pause, the Krampuslauf (Krampus run) was back. There’s this mythical entity known as Krampus. Sort of the anti-Santa. In the Krampuslauf, people wearing costumes go through the streets scaring the bystanders. They also carry birch branches to hit bystanders. (They really sting; I got hit a couple of times.)
